Distilled Monoglyceride is an important and effective food additive because of its emulsification, dispensability, stabilization, frothing, antiaging. It is widely applied in food, medicine, pharmacy, plastic, packing industrial, cosmetic and so on. It is a wholly safe food additive.

It is problem that oil and water could not mutually dissolve during food processing. It is good for form stable emulsion to avoid delamination and deposit of food and beverage by adding emulsifier. And it could improve quality of product and prolong shelf life of product
