Product Description
Application method:
1 When RD9870A is used to prepare CF paste, first add water, dispersant and solid material into the tank and stir at the speed of 1000r/min for 20 to 30 minutes. Then reduce the stirring speed to 500r/min and add starch gum, stir for 15-20 minutes (Note: Adjust the PH value to 9.5). Finally add resin and SBR latex and stir for another 15-20 minutes. The final PH value of CF paste is around 7.0-8.0.
2 Sodium polyacrylate ( 5000) is recommended for the dispersant.
3 Fully water-soluble active dye is recommended when coating color paper.
4 Quantity of resin applied can be reduced or increased according the requirements of the user for color intensity.
